Hi my Organization is planning to Migrate AD Server from Windows 2003 Standard to Windows 2008 R2, But my company is not allowing the 2 Server senario, Can ianyone help me how to do this without Second Server......... Looking for Early Solutions.

I would recommend nuking and rebuilding from scratch. In place upgrades are NEVER recommended on servers. If you do you are only asking for trouble.
I do have some questions for you about this mostly because I just have to ask. Why are they not seeing the benefit of upgrading the hardware so you are on hardware that isn't over +5 years old? Also why Server 2008 R2? Server 2008 R2 is already 2 generations behind and their are so many good features in 2012 R2 that you could take advantage of!
